Orders may be placed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time by calling our order department at (800). 421-0402. Technical support may also be reached at this number. Michigan customers please complete a tax exempt certificate.

Minimum Order
For our customers convenience MCCC has continued its No Minimum order policy. Except for relay racks, cabinets, and associated components.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and will be added to the invoice.
Terms
Orders are shipped C.O.D. via UPS, payments may be made by cash, check, or money orders. Visa and Master Card are also accepted.

MCCC recommends UPS be used when ever possible. Shipping options are as follows:

*UPS 2nd Day Air (Blue Label). Will arrive to you within 2 working days anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
*UPS Day Select (Orange Label).
*UPS Nest Day Air (Red Label). Will arrive to you on the next business day.
*UPS Next Day Air *Early am*
*UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery.
*Federal Express Saturday Delivery.
*Federal Express (FED-X). Will arrive to you on the next business day.
*Federal Express Saturday Delivery.
*Airborne Express. Will arrive to you on next business day.
*Airborne Express (SDS). Second day service.
Shortages
All claims for shortages must be made within 3 business days after receipt.
Warranty
Micro Computer Cable Co. Inc. product warranties are as follows:
*Molded Cables - Lifetime.
*Unmolded Cables - 1 Year.
*Data Switches - 1 Year.
*Power Strips - 1 Year.
*Auto data switched\s, printer buffers, and other electronic products - 90 days.
Warranty Claims
All defective merchandise must be returned to Micro Computer Cable Co. Inc. freight prepaid. Customer must first obtain an RA# from sales department before returning any merchandise. Please use UPS whenever possible.
Limitation of Liability
No liability, of any kind, is assumed by Micro Computer Cable Co. Inc., for damage and, or injury resulting from the use of equipment, supplies, or services provided by Micro
Computer Cable Co. Inc. in no event will Micro Computer Cable Co. Inc be liable for indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of, or in connection with the use, or performance of any Micro Computer Cable Co. Inc. product.
